Like everyone all over the world, Hines of Oxford Partners and Team Members have been affected by Covid-19 in many different ways.  We are thankful that we are still able to operate our business (despite restrictions) and fulfil orders to our valued customers at this time.  As national and local restrictions change, and we respond to the virus, please visit this page to find out everything you need to know about Covid-19 in relation to Hines of Oxford.  Updates and important annoucements will be posted here as they happen.  We are thankful to all our customers for respecting restrictions when visiting our showrooms and for their understanding with any delivery delays or stock issues that may arise during these unprecedented times.

This is to ensure that we are able to maintain a safe space for both customers and staff.  Please do not visit us at the showrooms unless you have an appointment as unfortunately you may be turned away.



At Hines of Oxford we take the welfare of our customers, our team and their families very seriously. Since March 2020, we have been following the UK Government guidelines for England and all members of the team are committed to measures to help mitigate the spread of Covid-19 whilst working at Hines of Oxford and also in their personal lives. The Hines employees and partners and their families are all well at this time and we want to keep it that way.



The Hines of Oxford offices and despatch facility remain open in order to fulfil online and phone orders and we remain fully at the service of our customers during this time.  Please be assured that we are opperating in a way to ensure that we can still safely deliver orders to all our valued customers without putting anyone at undue risk from contracting Covid-19.  Orders placed online, by email & by phone will still be fulfilled as normal (subject to stock availability).  As always, please call us to check stock availability before ordering if you are needing your order to arrive by a specific date.
