IMPORTANT INFORMATION - CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
The Hines team are doing all we can to support our customers and suppliers through these extraordinary times. Please reach out to us if you would like to discuss any specific requirements you have or challenges you are facing.
In accordance with government guidelines, Hines of Oxford is implementing a protocol of regulating measures to fight and contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
We are continuing to run a skeleton staff at our premises in Oxford in order to fulfil orders for the foreseeable future. The other Hines employees/partners who are working from home and their families are all well and we want to keep it that way.

Protocol adopted includes the following measures
1. Hines of Oxford showrooms are now CLOSED to visitors until 3rd August 2020. Please DO NOT visit during July. From 3rd August showroom visits will be by appointment only. Please click here to book an appointment and find out more about our new showroom policy when we re-open.
2. Our offices and despatch facility remain open with a skeleton staff in order to fulfil online and phone orders and we remain fully at the service of our customers during this time. Orders placed online, by email & by phone will still be fulfilled as normal (subject to stock availability).
3. Cancellation of all face to face meetings (with customers & suppliers). In place of face to face meetings we are arranging video meetings.
4. Constant monitoring and communication with production in France & Belgium. Although Europe is largely 'locked-down' today, people are still able to travel to work if their job cannot be done remotely and therefore most looms are still weaving in France & Belgium.
